Photo Frame | Quilled photo frames

I am here with my newly made photo frame with the theme "Congrats".Particularly made for Kathy's challenge of http://takeaquillpill.blogspot.com/ .

I wanted to use some contrast for this project ,so i have white background with some bright color designs on it like blue/orange/yellow. To write Congrats i used cone  full of red and yellow colors.

I am here with my some new stuff i.e Photo frames.Two photo frames one is heart shaped and the another one is an oval shape.
For heart shape i used some quilled work ,sticker , handmade paper and color.
And for another one bit quilled work and used tissue paper to make flowers and yes handmade paper.
